Rendering with AI

What it can do

• Engines: Cycles, EEVEE and Workbench.
• Ready-made preview and final presets. Ask the AI to apply one, and it sets the resolution, quality and color of the frame. A preview is a quick check at half resolution. Final means full resolution and more samples (the number of light calculations per pixel: more means a cleaner image); in Cycles it turns on denoising, in EEVEE ray tracing.
• Color: the preset uses the AgX view transform, with natural highlights instead of blown-out whites.
• Transparent background — for products, icons and compositing on a website.
• Frames up to 8192 × 8192 with the sample count you choose, saved as PNG to your project folder.
• Animation and video: a frame range or the whole clip.

Background renders

Ask to "render in the background". Blender Bridge saves a copy of the scene and renders it in a separate Blender, with the same Cycles GPU settings as your Blender. While it renders:

• your Blender stays responsive, so you can keep looking at the scene and working;
• the AI reports the progress, and in chats with the Blender Bridge panel you see it there too;
• you can stop it from the chat: "stop the render".

How to ask

• "Make a quick preview in EEVEE."
• "Render a final frame in Cycles, 1920 × 1080, transparent background."
• "Render frames 1 to 120 in the background and make a video."
• "Make three product angles and render each one."

Where the result goes

Images and videos are saved to your project folder on your computer. With the plugin or a connection through the Blender Bridge server address, you can download the finished file right from the chat, even on your phone. For social media, the AI can prepare a high-quality viewport image with Blender Bridge styling.
