AI product visualization in Blender

Blender Bridge lets you create product images in Blender with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Qwen Code. Describe the product, materials and look you want, and your AI can build the scene and set up lighting and cameras. Use the same scene for wide shots, close-ups and different angles for your store or campaign.

One scene, a series of images

Open a ready-made product model in Blender, or attach product photos in your AI chat and give the dimensions — the AI builds the model from the description and photos. Name the colors, finishes and details that need to appear in the shot, and attach the label artwork if the label should be visible. Studio backdrops, soft lighting, reflections and cameras are available for product shots. Change the background, material or angle in chat while keeping the same model for your next image.

A photo provides a reference for shape and proportions. Ask the AI to place it behind the camera and prepare a side-by-side image of the reference photo and the render.

Four prompts for a catalog or campaign

Include your platform's requirements: image dimensions, aspect ratio, background and margins.

The workflow

You install the Blender Bridge app and connect your AI once. From then on, you create and change the scene in plain words in the chat — no code required.

  1. Connect your AI and open Blender with your model, or describe the product.
  2. Supply photos and dimensions if you are starting from scratch. Specify the materials and camera angle.
  3. Ask for a small preview render. Check the shape, color, reflections and visibility of key details.
  4. Refine it in chat: "softer light," "lower the camera" or "turn the label toward the camera."
  5. Once you choose the look, request the final images and ask the AI to save the scene as .blend.

The AI can inspect scene screenshots and refine its work. For judging lighting and materials, request a preview render as well as checking the geometry.

Transparent backgrounds and multiple views

For a product listing, ask the AI to save the product as a PNG on a transparent background, hide the studio backdrop and check the transparency of the finished file.

Request multiple cameras or camera positions to produce a series, with each image saved separately. Lighting and materials can stay consistent across the set. For a long render, ask for background rendering: a copy of the scene renders in a separate Blender process while the main Blender remains responsive. You can follow progress and stop that background render.

Where the files go

PNG images are saved in your project folder. When connected through the server, request download links in the chat. Use the images in product listings, on your website or in ads, or send them to your designer. A saved .blend scene lets you return to the product and create another set of images.
