Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Blender Bridge ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Blender Bridge provides a software bridge that allows AI language model assistants to send commands to the Blender 3D software application. The Service consists of a desktop application, a browser extension, an MCP server, and supporting web infrastructure including authentication and subscription management.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a 7-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription immediately (without waiting for the trial to expire), your 7 free trial days are added on top — giving you additional free days.
Subscription plans (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual) are billed in advance.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to their terms.
Prices are displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds are handled at our discretion. Contact blenderbridgemcp@gmail.com for refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Share your account credentials with others or allow simultaneous use by multiple people on a single account.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or subscription checks.
Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Blender Bridge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial 3D creation purposes.

Content you create in Blender using the Service belongs entirely to you.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and the Blender application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLENDER BRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
