When something does not work
A short list of what to check before writing to support.
Check in this order
- The Blender Bridge application is open and both indicators read Online.
- Blender is open and the add-on is enabled in it.
- You are signed in, and a subscription or trial is active.
- Blender was restarted after the add-on was installed.
Common cases
- Blender server offline. Blender is closed or the add-on is disabled. Open Blender and check the add-on list.
- A pairing key error. Open Pairing key in the application's settings and set it again.
- The add-on is out of date. The application says so directly. Close Blender and press Install add-on again.
- An operation will not finish. It can be cancelled from the panel without closing Blender.
- The result is wrong. Undo the last action and rephrase the request.
If none of that helped
Write to support@blenderbridge.com. Describe what you did and what happened; if the application showed an error code, include it.
Frequently asked questions
What do the two indicators mean?
HTTP bridge — whether the application itself is running. Blender server — whether Blender answers. If the first is online and the second is not, it is always Blender: closed, add-on disabled, or not restarted after installation.
Can the AI delete my work?
Technically the code can do anything Python can do in Blender, including deleting objects. Undo of the last action is available from the panel, but it is built for one operation. So the rule is the ordinary one for any 3D work: save before a large change.
How far back does undo go?
It reverses what the last operation changed. It is not a ten-step history and not a replacement for saving the file.
An operation is taking too long and will not finish.
It can be cancelled from the panel without closing Blender and without losing the scene. Most often this is a heavy render or a physics calculation started in full by accident.
The application says the add-on is out of date.
Close Blender and press Install add-on again. While Blender is open its add-on files cannot be replaced — which is why the application asks you to close it.
